Boredom
2Has boredom got you down? Do you find yourself sitting at home alone more than you want to? Do you think there’s more to life than your 9 to 5 job? Are you sick and tired of talking to the same people all the time? Are you ready to spruce up your social life?
It’s time to plan monthly weekend getaway to add spice in your life. No, need to be bored. You may use the internet and social media to find a number of locations within a one to four hour driving radius of your home. Invite a friend, family member and/or co-worker. There’s much to offer when you consider the possibilities. No, need to be bored.
Another option is to organize a few friends, family members and/or co-workers for a meet and greet at a local lounge, club, restaurant, etc. No, need to be bored. You may use Facebook, Twitter and MeetUp as social media marketing tools. You never know who may show. It could be really exciting. Put as much and as little into it as you want. Expect to have fun, meet new people and see where it all leads you. Through this experience you’re sure to meet some new people, especially when you ask the people you invite to bring someone with them.
There are so many things you may do, so it’s best to start with one. Plan for next month. Start intimate, consider that five or so people may come, but it could be more. Always be willing to adapt to change quickly. Make the best out of the situation and remember you could just be sitting at home, but you decided to be bored no, more.
There’s no need to be bored when you consider the possibilities, remove fear and “THINK, PLAN, EXECUTE!” Isn’t that something.
What do you think? Are you going to spearhead a meet and greet? Just make it happen!

I can’t understand people who say they’re board, there’s so much stuff to do. Just go out and travel. Go places you haven’t gone before. Take a surprise vacation.
Clinton, thank you for reading and commenting. You’re correct which is one of the reasons I published the blog as a reminder of the seemingly simple things that one may do when they think they may be headed to boredom.
