An alarm clock is a good way to keep you programmed in the rat race.
Sure an alarm clock has benefits. For example, with an alarm clock you can ensure you get up in time to be at work on time five days a week. Sure an alarm clock has many benefits, but for sake of conversation what if you didn’t have an alarm clock… what if you lived off your internal timer… what if you woke up and went to bed when your body told you too… what if you were so, excited about the work you did that you didn’t need an alarm clock, because you were using your internal timer… what if…
Isn’t that the feeling you had on the first day of school, when you were going to take your drivers test, getting married, etc.? You probably didn’t need an alarm clock, because you were using your internal timer fueled by pure excitement of the day and moment. What if the majority if not all of your life was lived at this level, wouldn’t you live a life of being happy, healthy and wealthy?
When a baby is ready to be born it rarely needs an alarm clock to come forth, neither do you need an alarm clock when it’s time to go to the bathroom or eat. Your internal timer tells us when it’s time to make a serious move. Being born, eating and resting or serious moves that we all make.
Your body has an internal alarm clock to signal when it’s time to move. If you followed your internal alarm clock when pursuing your passion you’d find a greater since of fulfillment in this life time. For the most part that’s what I do, I follow my internal alarm clock. Interestingly enough I get up earlier and stay up later without an alarm clock, because I’m truly excited about living.
If you need an alarm clock to get you up for work it’s a good chance you should be doing something else to earn a living.

In a microwave society you’ll find yourself eating fast food fast instead of enjoying each meal as though it were your last. Consider the following before, during and after eating lunch.
When eating lunch remember to get foods that will keep you in the best possible shape.
What you’re eating for lunch may be the reason why you are sick.
What you’re eating for lunch may be the reason you’re unable to drop that extra weight.
Why do you eat fast food so fast it only means you’re getting quicker to death.
Show how much you appreciate the body you have by eating the proper foods during lunch time.
Packing a brown bag to work may be cost effective and be healthier for you to eat during lunch.
While eating lunch do your best to put all your concentration on your meal it will help with digestion.
Treat your lunch as though it were a sacred meal for it could be your last.
Give thanks and have gratitude for your lunch for you aren’t promised a good meal.
Remember to cleanse your hands and mouth before eating.
Do not be afraid to try something new for lunch.
Eat lunch with people whose company you enjoy.
Eat to live and you’ll find yourself living happy and healthy.
