Looking for Someone to Love
0If you’re looking for someone to love go look in the mirror.
It’s been my experience that it’s almost unthinkable to think that you will truly be able to love anyone else before first loving yourself. Your romantic relationship will never reach it’s full potential until you first love yourself. For without first loving yourself you’ll not be able to articulate how you desire to be loved by someone else.
Sometimes people look to love others so much, because they have not yet learned to love themselves. Here we are reminded of the ancient Kemetic Proverb “Man Know Thyself” for it is within these words that one may also find the wisdom in loving thyself. Self-love can not be overstated.
