Milly, why was it the best decision you ever made?
“It all started when I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism a few years ago, so I took it upon myself to do some research. I found out that in America most of our meats are injected with hormones,steroids and many other foreign substances that can make you ill , put your body out of whack, create diseases and possibly create a less than desirable way of life. First I gave up red meat completely and then poultry followed suit. This is the healthiest I’ve been in my whole entire life. Between holistic healing methods, excercise,a healthy eating regimen, drinking water all day and positive thinking, my body has responded in such amazing way. I have more energy, no more thyroid issues, besides a few rare seasonal allergies I don’t even really get sick anymore.” Milly O. Love
